Design a FIR Filter

An N-tap FIR filter computes each output sample as a weighted sum of the current input sample and the N−1 previous ones:

$y[n]=b_{0}x[n]+b_{1}x[n-1]+b_{2}x[n-2]+......+b_{N-2}x[1]+b_{N-1}x[0]$

The coefficients b0 to b(N−1) are constants. A new sample x[n] arrives every clock cycle.
