Welcome to FASTFLIPFLOP (“FASTFLIPFLOP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FASTFLIPFLOP website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

FASTFLIPFLOP provides educational resources designed to help users prepare for technical interviews, including interview-style questions, practice materials, explanations, and related learning resources.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services.

By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If we discover that an account has been created in violation of these requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

FASTFLIPFLOP provides users with access to educational content intended to assist with preparation for technical interviews and professional development.

The Services may include:

• Premium educational features.

The questions and materials available through FASTFLIPFLOP may be based on user submissions, publicly available information, community knowledge, and other educational sources.

FASTFLIPFLOP does not guarantee that any specific question appeared in an actual interview, will appear in a future interview, or accurately represents the hiring process of any specific company.

FASTFLIPFLOP may offer both free and paid access options.

Free users may access certain features and content available on the platform.

Premium users may receive additional access to expanded features, additional questions, and other premium resources.

FASTFLIPFLOP reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or change available features at any time.

Premium access is provided through a monthly subscription.

The current subscription price is $20 per month, but FASTFLIPFLOP reserves the right to change subscription pricing in the future.

Any price changes will apply to future billing periods and will not retroactively affect already completed payments.

Premium subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment provider, including Stripe.

By purchasing a Premium subscription, you authorize FASTFLIPFLOP and its payment providers to process applicable subscription charges.

Premium subscriptions operate on a monthly basis.

Unless cancelled, your subscription may automatically renew for additional monthly periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid subscription period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

All payments made for FASTFLIPFLOP Premium subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Unused subscription time.
• Partial months.
• Failure to use the Services.
• Dissatisfaction with the content.
• Changes in personal circumstances.
• Account suspension resulting from violation of these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account.

Each account is intended for use by a single individual only.

You agree that you will not:

• Share your account credentials with any other person.
• Allow another person to access or use your account.
• Sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise provide access to your account.
• Create an account using false or misleading information.

You must notify FASTFLIPFLOP immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or security issue involving your account.

FASTFLIPFLOP is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

FASTFLIPFLOP may allow users to submit, upload, provide, or contribute content, including interview questions, explanations, comments, feedback, or other materials (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
• The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• The content does not contain confidential information that you are prohibited from sharing.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting content to FASTFLIPFLOP, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use such content for operating, improving, and providing the Services.

This license allows FASTFLIPFLOP to review, edit, format, improve, categorize, remove, or modify submitted content.

FASTFLIPFLOP reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, remove, or modify any User Content at our sole discretion.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or related systems.
• Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the Services.
• Use another person's account.
• Share your account with others.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit content from FASTFLIPFLOP.
• Remove copyright notices or ownership markings.
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions or Premium features.
• Upload malicious files, harmful code, or any content intended to damage the Services.
• Use the Services in a manner that negatively affects other users.

FASTFLIPFLOP reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

To protect the educational content, intellectual property, and security of FASTFLIPFLOP, you may not:

• Upload FASTFLIPFLOP content to artificial intelligence systems, including AI chatbots, language models, or similar technologies.
• Use FASTFLIPFLOP content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop artificial intelligence models.
• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, spiders, scripts, or similar technologies to access the Services.
• Perform scraping, data extraction, data mining, or automated collection of content.
• Copy or collect large portions of the platform content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or analyze the underlying systems or technology of the Services.

Any unauthorized use of FASTFLIPFLOP content or technology may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may lead to legal action.

All content, materials, and features available through FASTFLIPFLOP, including but not limited to:

• Questions.
• Solutions.
• Explanations.
• Educational materials.
• Website design.
• Software.
• Graphics.
• Logos.
• Branding.
• Text and other materials.

are owned by FASTFLIPFLOP or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services.

Your access to the Services does not grant you ownership rights in any FASTFLIPFLOP content or materials.

FASTFLIPFLOP respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact us with relevant information regarding the alleged infringement.

FASTFLIPFLOP reserves the right to remove, restrict access to, or modify content at its discretion, including content that may violate these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

FASTFLIPFLOP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have:

• Violated these Terms.
• Misused the Services.
• Shared your account with another person.
• Attempted to copy, distribute, or misuse FASTFLIPFLOP content.
• Used automated systems, scraping tools, bots, or unauthorized methods to access the Services.
• Uploaded prohibited or unauthorized content.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

In cases of account termination due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to refunds or compensation for any unused subscription period.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Account deletion requests will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of FASTFLIPFLOP.

However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security issues.

We may temporarily suspend access to the Services for reasons including:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Security improvements.
• Technical issues.
• Changes to the platform.

FASTFLIPFLOP reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from temporary or permanent changes to the Services.

FASTFLIPFLOP provides educational resources intended to help users prepare for technical interviews.

However, FASTFLIPFLOP does not guarantee that:

• A specific question will appear in an interview.
• The information provided is complete, current, or applicable to every company.
• Users will pass an interview.
• Users will receive a job offer.
• Users will achieve any specific professional outcome.

Interview processes vary between companies and may depend on many factors outside of FASTFLIPFLOP's control.

The Services are provided as a learning resource and should not be considered a guarantee of employment or career success.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

FASTFLIPFLOP makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.

• The suitability of the Services for your specific goals.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

If FASTFLIPFLOP is found liable for any claim, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to FASTFLIPFLOP during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FASTFLIPFLOP, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
